tk1 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register and use tk1 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk1 strictly enforces minimum age requirements and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age. Accounts registered by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing tk1 services. Use of VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology to access tk1 from restricted jurisdictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Bangladesh. Accounts may not be registered on behalf of minors, incapacitated individuals, or any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or gambling restrictions imposed by tk1 or any other gambling operator. By registering, you declare that you are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities and do not have a gambling addiction or problem.

1.2 Account Registration Process

To create a tk1 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number, and email address. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during registration. tk1 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment methods at any time, and may suspend your account or withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed.

Each player is permitted to hold only one tk1 account. Creating multiple accounts, using multiple identities, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions by registering duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. tk1 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprinting, payment methods, and behavioral patterns. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery feature rather than creating a new account.

1.3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tk1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login information with any third party, use easily guessable passwords, or allow others to access your account. All activity conducted through your account, including deposits, bets, and withdrawals, will be deemed to have been authorized by you regardless of whether such activity was actually performed by you or by a third party who gained unauthorized access to your credentials. You agree to notify tk1 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

tk1 will never ask you to provide your password via email, SMS, phone call, or any unsolicited communication. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our customer support team immediately. You should use a strong, unique password for your tk1 account and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available. tk1 is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

3.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. tk1 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been placed, except in cases of obvious technical errors or system malfunctions acknowledged by tk1. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. tk1 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including but not limited to: bets placed after an event has started when live betting was not available, bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to technical errors, bets exceeding your available account balance at the time of placement, or bets that violate specific game or sport betting rules.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and sport. Typical minimums are ৳10 for casino games and ৳20 for sports bets. Maximum bet limits are determined by tk1 and may vary based on the specific game, sport, event, market, your account history, and your VIP status. tk1 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion.
• You may not place bets that guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage betting) or exploit technical vulnerabilities, game errors, or bonus terms. tk1 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns. Accounts identified as engaging in arbitrage, bonus abuse, or other forms of advantage play may have winnings confiscated and accounts permanently closed.
• For sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or does not start at the scheduled time, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Specific sports may have different rules — please consult the sports betting rules section for detailed information on each sport.
• For casino games, tk1 partners with licensed game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and others) whose games are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer actions and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided for informational purposes and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions.

3.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

tk1 offers pre-match and live betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Test matches, ODI), football (EPL, La Liga, Champions League, Bangladesh Premier League), tennis, kabaddi, basketball, and 40+ other sports. Odds are updated in real-time and may change between the time you view them and the time you confirm your bet. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. tk1 reserves the right to adjust odds, suspend betting markets, or refuse bets based on market conditions, event status, or suspicious betting activity.

Bets placed after the official start time of an event where live betting is not available will be void and stakes returned. In live betting, system latency, delays, or technical issues may cause bets to be rejected or accepted at different odds than displayed at the time of bet entry. tk1 is not responsible for losses due to such discrepancies.

Some sports and markets may have specific rules detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section on our website, including settlement of bets in case of match abandonment, postponement, or interruption.

3.3 Casino Games Rules

Casino games on tk1 are governed by the rules supplied by licensed game providers. Each game lists its paytable, rules, minimum and maximum bets, and RTP percentages accessible in-game.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

tk1 strives to provide a reliable, fair, and secure gaming environment using licensed software and certified systems. However, tk1 does not guarantee continuous, error-free operation or that the platform will be free from technical issues beyond its control.

• Players use tk1 services at their own risk. tk1 is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from internet outages, software bugs, unauthorized account access, or differences in game RNG outcomes from theoretical RTP percentages.
• tk1 limits its liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, and players waive all claims beyond the amount of their actual winnings or deposited funds subject to these Terms and Conditions.
• 7. Privacy and Data Protection
• Your personal data is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By using tk1, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• 8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute relating to the Terms and Conditions or use of tk1 services, players should contact our customer support team promptly with supporting evidence. tk1 will endeavor to resolve disputes fairly within 30 calendar days. Final decisions rest with tk1 and may include suspension or closure of accounts in cases of breach.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and the parties consent to such jurisdiction.
